Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Bishop Pearson was raised in the Pentecostal church. He began his ministry at a young age and quickly gained recognition for his powerful preaching and charismatic personality. In the 1980s, he founded Higher Dimensions Evangelistic Center, a multi-ethnic, cross-cultural congregation that grew to over 5,000 members.

Bishop Pearson’s influence extended far beyond his local church. His annual AZUSA Conference attracted thousands of people from around the world, and his “Live at AZUSA” albums were nominated for multiple Dove and Stellar Awards.He also became a trusted advisor to several U.S. presidents and international leaders.
